Returns Policy

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order if the goods have not been dispatched (stock items) or if we have not already placed an order with our supplier (goods to order).

If you would like to cancel an order you can email us sales@madisonandgrey.com and we will be able to tell you whether the order can be cancelled. 

Returning items 

If you purchase a goods, you must notify us within 14 days of the goods being received of your intention to return the goods, and you must return them in original re-saleable condition within 28 days of the goods being delivered to you in order for a refund to be processed. The refund you receive will be less the Madison & Grey outgoing postage costs, and payment for return postage costs will be your responsibility. The outgoing and return postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty or are damaged during delivery to you.

If an item you are returning to us is damaged during delivery to us, then you will need to make a claim from your third party courier service.

If a product is found to be faulty you have a period of 30 days in which to return the product for a full refund.
